Homestead at Mound Bottom (Panograph)
Homestead at Mound Bottom (Panograph)
I came back to the homestead six days later with a cheap plastic lens on my Sony and made a panoramic HDR of the house from the field, then dodged and burned it the way I would a print in the darkroom. Soon this land near Cedar Hill Road will be a subdivision. I wonder how much of it was once cared for by the family in this house, with the Harpeth River just across a road that must have turned to mud after a long rain, and the forest always pressing in.
